Formally, this two-piece, movable sculpture is a nod to inflatable figures that are often used for promotional purposes outside of shops to attract attention with their wild movements triggered by the airflow.

The content is about this "we", which arises as soon as two people enter into a relationship with each other. This relationship, this sense of togetherness, is never permanent. As individuals develop, so does the relationship, you drift towards and away from each other, you are shaken by feelings (like the figure in the air current), which often have nothing to do with the other, but still have an impact on the relationship.

 

Formal ist diese zweiteilige, bewegliche Skulptur eine Anspielung auf aufblasbare Figuren, die oft zu Werbezwecken vor Geschäften eingesetzt werden, um durch ihre wilden, durch den Luftstrom ausgelösten Bewegungen Aufmerksamkeit auf sich zu ziehen.

Inhaltlich geht es um dieses„Wir“, das entsteht sobald zwei Menschen eine Beziehung zueinander eingehen. Diese Beziehung, dieses Wir-Gefühl ist niemals festehend. Wie sich Individuen entwicklen, entwicklt sich auch die Beziehung, man driftet zueinander und auch voneinander weg, man ist gebeutelt von Gefühlen (wie die Figur im Luftstrom), die oft nichts mit dem Anderen zu tun haben, aber trotzdem Auswirkungen haben auf das Miteinander.
