Manifested Dream of  a Soul in Isolation

During the Pandemic of 2020 I contracted Covid and had to spend 9 days isolated in the bedroom of our apartment. Because of the very special symptoms I got I couldn´t see people and couldn´t even talk to them because talking was painful. So calling somebody on the phone wasn´t an option. Needless to say I became very lonely. So I dreamed up a buddy.Once feeling better I made a lifesize figure to hug and be hugged.

 

Während der Corona Pandemie 2020 wurde ich mit dem Corona Virus infiziert und musste 9 Tage in Quarantäne verbringen, eingesperrt in meinem Schlafzimmer. Aufgrund meiner speziellen Symptome konnte ich auch nicht ohne Schmerzen sprechen und so war auch telefonieren nicht möglich. Ich war sehr einsam und so hab ich mir einen Kumpel erträumt, der mein Schiksal teilt und mich tröstet. Nach meiner Genesung habe ich eine lebensgrosse Figur genäht, zum Umarmen und Umarmt-werden.
